Secluded outdoor public spot but far from residential or industrial area. Car or bicycle recommended. It is a make shift boat dock on Toyohira River for natural disaster emergencies. Men come here to get a tan. Mostly active during the daylight hours as it gets pitch dark at night. There are concrete steps and tall grass bushes where men often have full on sex under the sun. It is a public spot therefore some unsuspecting regular folk (kids, straight couples, whatnot) may pop up sometimes. Be mindful not to leave trash.
