I've been living by this park for nine years and see very little (like zero) gay action. A fair amount of straight folks get it on in their cars when it's very dark at night. Best to come walk around during the daytime to learn the layout, and then come back at night. I've seen a good bit of people fucking out in the open at night. Just remember to bring mosquito repellant.

A television station ran a news story about the presence of cruisers in the parks mentioned on this site, complete with undercover reporters, secretly recorded footage of cruisers soliciting people for sex, and an interview with local police. Towards the end of the segment, the reporter advised that these parks were listed online on a website that catered to 'cruisers'. Anyone cruising at the locations listed here in the Acadiana area can probably expect extra attention from reporters, bashers, and law enforcement over the next several months.
