"Historically, Mount Airy Park has, kind of, been a nexus for deviant behavior, sexual behavior," Cincinnati Police District 5 commander Cpt. Craig Gregorie said. He said there have been reports of public sexual behavior at Mount Airy Forest and a few other parks in the city for at least as long as he's been on the Cincinnati police force.
