Directions: From Birmingham, take I-59 south to Academy Drive, the last Bessemer exit, 108. Turn left at the bottom of the ramp and go under I-59. This will be Academy Drive. Turn right and pass Wal-Mart. Go through the traffic light and continue to the stop sign where Academy Drive comes to a dead end. Turn left on 4th Avenue. The YMCA is less than a quarter mile down on the right.
