Welcome Center at the entrance of Lakepoint. Sees very little traffic, making it a great place for a meet up. The restroom has one stall and a urinal. Also has antechamber, giving brief warning. There is a car parked on the side, but it appears to be just where they park the car. The building seems unattended.

From place description/comments: Welcome Center at the entrance of Lakepoint. Sees very little traffic, making it a great place for a meet up. The restroom has one stall and a urinal.
