Was here at random times for the past two weeks and this place is dead.

I corrected the park location and map coordinates. This will help more guys will find it using the Sex Listings Quick Search. ~ Editor.

The Park Rangers are in full force at Washington Park; writing license plate numbers of those staying over thirty minutes in the parking lot. Park Rangers are harassing cruisers who stay in the restrooms for over ten minutes, as well.

Watch Out! Sheriff Joe's boys are looking to make year-end quotas, and they're arresting guys here (and at several other parks) every day. One cop told me they're bringing in thirty men per day that they're arresting in parks. Phoenix city jail is not pleasant.

Toilets are toilets. There's no guarantee of anything regardless of what some queen says about the most fantastic sex she ever had in one! Most public sex is opportunity, nothing else.
