All World's was sold, Now called Casa Oliver, still gay and still have a maze. New owners are remodeling the rooms and the place.

The Maze play space here has been closed until monkeypox vaccines are more widely available. The resort remains open.

Inn Exile has changed ownership and is now called La Joya. It is a straight nude resort and if you're caught being there and not anyone's guest you will be arrested. The same people bought Warm Sands Villas right beside it and it too is a straight nude resort.

I tried it for the first time. Very disappointing. Most of the cruising was at night, after the office closed and the back door was propped open for the night. Everyone was dressed. Way too much cologne. Many meth addicts. Really bad vibe. There are better places to stay for sex.

Agreed; nice enough motel and cute guests but the lack of any security causes the place to be overrun on Saturdays with fat peeping Tom local losers. Avoid this one, boys!

The hotel rooms are very nice, the grounds and pools are very nice and well kept. The only problem is a lack of an indoor central group play space. During the day it's too hot to do anything outdoors other than swim and lay under the misters. There is an outdoor maze which sees plenty of action late night, however there is no security and Saturday night saw plenty of scummy local meth addict losers come onto the property somehow, which ruined the mood for me and a few others I talked to who were actually paying(!) to stay there. The front office apparently closes and there's nobody from the staff present after 9 or 10 pm to keep riff raff out.

I was there for six nights last month. Excellent! Very uninhibited and open atmosphere. Room parties are fantastic. I came at least three times every day there. A+!

My partner and I spent a week here in March and it was marvelous! The staff was all too friendly and the room was very nice and clean. The guests varied in age and looks; we found just what we were looking for. The cafe was very good but limited on menu. The daily breakfast and lunches were just enough. Exile was walking distance to town and many other fun cafes. We will be coming back in October for sure! And the in-house massage therapist was out of this world!

Just spent a long weekend there. Management apepars to have changed the staff and they are great. Additionally, the place is spotless. But the place unfortunately was too quiet during the day, though busy as soon as the sun went down. I also found a few young, not gay, but willing-to-try types who I believe climbed over the fence. I found the place to be about sixty to seventy percent naturist during the day and a lot of people seem to come several times a year from all over. It also had its share of redneck trash and old guys with young California types.

The hotel is wonderful and the owners have cleaned house of all it's problem staff. The atmosphere is friendly and fun and the attention to detail is exceptional. A new area is completed where you can use your laptops on DSL or you can use wireless if you prefer and the new restaurant appears nearly completed and ready to open any day now. Our stay was exceptional. The best hotel to stay at in Warm Sands, in our opinion.

I was here for one full week in July 2005. My accomodations were great and the staff was helpful. I made it with several great guys from LA who were all eager to please. They have made changes in staff since my previous visit (for the better).

My partner and I decided to go here for vacation. We weren't there ten minutes before another guest was in our room blowing him while I was at the pool. The late night action is very hot and there is always a mix of guys to hook up with, sometimes more than just one at the same time. We had such an enjoyable time that we are looking forward to our return visit next month.

Be sure and ask, no insist, on rooms with tile floors, as the carpeted rooms are vile. There's a variety ages and play. The nights are best after Midnight with other guests and a few selected locals. Some of staff could use lessons in common respect and lose the superior attitudes. A Latin guy named Alex was always helpful and friendly; ask for him.

This place was really nice, well designed and maintained. The rooms were large and very clean, and there was a hot mix of men. The reports of these places overrun by geezers are just not true! Almost all were a pleasure to look at naked by the pools. Room to room cruising was intense only after Midnight, and it was sexy how some guys leave lights on and blinds open, others leave doors ajar, etc. I spent almost all night fucking and getting fucked. There were a couple of non-guests there for sex, but mercifully no tweakers.

Pretty boys only! I have now stayed at this place twice. I like to give places more than one chance, as all of us can have a bad day, but unless you are under twenty-five and a gym bunny, you will not be given the time of day by the staff. No "thank you" or even a "kiss my ass" was spoken by the any of the cabana boys. I will not waste my money there, just climb over the wall like everybody else does making the cruising there is really good.

This is the only place to stay in Palm Springs. Having stayed in several other resorts, nothing compares to Inn Exile; warm and welcoming staff and plenty of dick.

I recently spent three nights at Inn Exile. It was my first time at this particular resort. While I found the rooms and grounds to be quite attractive and clean, I ended my stay somewhat disappointed. It didn't take the brains of a genius to notice how the staff catered to the young, well-built, and good-looking guys, while the rest of us were merely tolerated. There was a lot of attitude. I sometimes got the impression they looked through the rest of us as if we were made of clear cellophane. Aside from all that, they do serve a decent breakfast and lunch, followed by a Happy Hour at 5 pm. Would I go back there again? You bet I would, but the next visit will see me with much lower expectations other than the enjoyment of the pool-side 'sightseeing'.

I've been staying at Inn Exile in Palm Springs now for several years, and I've gotta say the place just keeps getting better. What started as a
small resort with only seven or eight rooms has now become a complex boasting approximately forty rooms, three pools, a Jacuzzi, and a
steam room. The resort, which is clothing optional, is located in the midst of the Warm Sands district, home to a dozen or more gay male
resorts. The decor is nice overall, but the nicest rooms are those they've just opened. Existing rooms are being refurbished at the rate of
one or two per month.

I've been to Palm Springs at all times of the year. As a rule, summer months are slow, when the temperatures climb way over one hundred
degrees, but even then, the resorts fill up on weekends. Holidays are always fully booked; make your reservations early. The rates are
reasonable, and include breakfast and lunch daily.

Enough about the amenities! I have consistently enjoyed great sex at Exile, whether I am traveling alone, or with a friend or two. There is no
typical guest; ages vary from thirties to seventies, but with forty rooms, there is bound to be a nice mix of people, and you'll find few who
aren't interested in the other guests, whether they are couples or singles. The steamroom is always a great place to find action after dark,
as are the jacuzzis. A site not to be missed is the 'maze' that consists of stucco columns surrounding an outdoor video monitor that plays
nonstop porn flicks after dark. Here you can consistently find groups of two to twenty or more stroking their cocks, sucking each other, or
even fucking if the hour is late enough. While the Inn doesn't technically allow those who are not guests access to their grounds (a key is
required for entrance through the gates, and after dark, for exit) locals and those staying at other resorts will climb the walls or follow guests
through the gate in search of some fun. The surrounding streets, Warm Sands Drive and Camino Parocela get extremely cruisy during
evening hours as well.

The staff is consistently helpful and attentive to your every need. I've stayed at nearly all the other resorts, on occasions when this one has
been booked, but I find there's no comparison, and I always find myself wishing I'd stayed at Exile.
