The Jan 19, 2014 report is very accurate as well as the main problem. Locals bring in a lot of drugs. Also some travelers think this is a drink and drug party house and trash the rooms. It can be a fantastic place to play and be naked but there are always the few that screw it up.

Hot place for action! Have spent several weekends there and always a lot of hot guys of all ages! Usually easy to PNP and get fucked BB.

Used to be one of the most popular and crowded in the Warm Sands area of Palm Springs, but sadly it has fallen into disrepair and the rooms are looking shabby and need to be redone and the property itself is not as well maintained as it once was. Sad. I think the owners have had a hard time making it through the economic downturn, but maybe this place will come back. Currently, I'd give it 2 out of 5 stars.

This place used to be lots of fun but the last 2 times I stayed there it was dead, not a soul walking around and the resort was supposedly full.

Stayed here last weekend. The staff is great, very friendly and attentive. Attendance was low due to it being offseason, but those that were there were friendly. I felt comfortable being nude anywhere on the property and had a great time. Not much sexual activity.

Stayed here this past weekend and had a fantastic time. Without the speed freeks darting around it is sexy. Two real hot guys went at it in the main pool with all to watch in the afternoon. The rooms were all full with alot of naked hot guys. I wore myself out with the sex and sun.

Locals are still allowed in. Only those who are druggies and rude have been 86'd. You must post an ID at the desk for insurance reasons.

Really nice outdoor grounds, very tropical, plenty of trees and grass, most guys are naked. There are two pools, plenty of trails, a hot tub, porn room, etc. I spent last Sunday there, not very busy. I imagine Friday and Saturday there are more guys. I would stay there again.

Nude, peaceful, sexy, lovely place to lounge or have sex. All locals get in free daily with ID and a towel, from 11 am to 4 pm. Don't miss it.

The grounds are a Disneyland of cruising, trees, grass, and hidden places, although the place could be cleaner. Some of the rooms need a refresh, the carpeting is old, and the beds need replacing. Locals can go free from noon till 4 pm. The steamroom sees a lot of action.

This is absolutely the most beautiful of the resorts with the friendliest staff of any of the others. They have an international clientle and it is hopping all night. I have stayed at almost every one of the resorts in Palm Springs because I go three times a year. Nowadays I only stay at this one. I am thirty-two year old and attractive and it is nice to not be molested by much more 'seasoned' men yet there is not attitude here either. It is the perfect combination.

Stayed here for years and have had some good times. Many of the rooms need to be updated and/or carpeted but they are clean. The platform beds need to go also as they will kill your back. It's even better now that they require day passers to leave ID to get in. Got rid of most of the drug traffic except for a very few party boys that check in from LA. They get weeded out quickly now. Bad point: one of the new desk persons smokes like a fiend in front of the office and smells like he drinks too. He has a tremendously bad attitude about everything. The rest of the staff is great.

Beware. I have been a guest at Mirage for years. Last year they changed their management and took me for quite a 'financial' ride. I'm a ten-plus day guest there twice a year. We nearly ended up in court but they settled out. I would not recommend this place at all any longer.

You have to have a Coachella Valley address on your ID to get in free as a local, no day passes. It's hit-or-miss with the guys but you can enjoy yourself there in the steamroom.

I do not understand the criticism. I stay here every time I am in Palm Springs and I would never stay anywhere else. The staff is wonderful and remember you even when you have not been there in a year's time. The grounds are beautiful and tropical. There are all types of men here from twinks to bears. Sometimes the older men can be a bit annoying but there is always someone hot to take back to your room. I could never imagine staying anywhere else and they do have day passes so you can go during the daytime and check the place out as well.

I think the staff is very helpful and most of them are nice. You do not need to worry about your things here and everyone is having a good time. They have just redone the steamroom and added a sauna. They are starting to remodel the rooms.

Avoid staying here at any cost! I have been a client at the Vista Grande twice a year for six years. The management changed a year ago and the place has become totally rundown, the staff is arrogant, their famous steamroom collapsed and is being rebuilt (will take months before it's finished). To top it all off, they changed their payment policy and require everyone to pay up-front, so they get 'trapped' once they unpack and see the terrible condition this place has become. Do not stay at this resort.

Be very careful of this place. The staff is not only rude but you need to be careful of your belongings. I would not recommend this place at all.

The multiple pools, Jacuzzi, and steamroom are all mostly nude and there doesn't seem to be any restriction on outdoor sex. The Jacuzzi fills with nude boys and group sucking is constant. You can walk the grounds nude and many do. When you see a stream of traffic into the steamroom, follow it. You'll walk into a twenty or more man orgy. Everyone is expected to go in nude, so sucking and fucking are the norm. Hot place!

Even for a Monday and Tuesday night, we managed to have great action. Locals are invited to sun and fun during the day. On Tuesday the hot action in the steamroom and the Jacuzzi was almost non-stop.

Some of the rooms have been redone and are clean and nice, but the decor has always been too Wal-Mart for me. The grounds are the best in the area; you can't beat the outdoor part of this resort. Some of the guests tend to be too old for my taste, however younger and nice locals visit during the day to add variety for play and eye-candy. The management is very friendly unlike one of the other nearby popular spots.

The Vista is clean and the staff is friendly. And with over eighty percent room occupation year round, it is by far one of the deserts most successful resorts.

The place is really going downhill. The rooms are shabby, and there was a terrible odor of sewer line the whole time in certain rooms. Several guests complained, but management simply said that, "it's an old property".

This place is cool, but there is heavy drug traffic and usage. The local Palm Springers are killing the fun with drugs. The rooms are not being kept up either.

This is a great place, but a few of the locals that frequent here mess it up. There are naked men everywhere along with a steam and waterfalls. The owner knows how to do it and really good about policing the bad element, i.e. drug users, and keeping them out. Rates are high, but the rooms are very nice.

I spent last Saturday visiting most of the Warm Springs Drive resorts. The two places I would consider staying at are the Mirage and the Inn Exile. The Mirage has a nice waterfall/spa area. There is a lot of cruising in the steamroom. There is a group of local hot guys that they let hang out there to keep the place lively. There are only certain locals who they invite. The guys are good looking. Men hanging out at the pool of the Inn Exile were some hot bear and muscle tops. Most of the other resorts did not have the sexual energy that these two places had. The Mirage is like three resorts added together. Your chances of playing around with the right guy are good. If you are a hot muscle bear, the Inn Exile might be the place to try. The rooms were comfortable.

I just came a three day stay at Vista Mirage and it was amazing. Both the grounds and the guys were awesome. I got off almost hourly. They have a lot of different types of guys to choose from.
