I'm a member here and it's great gym with lots of eye candy and chatty muscle boys. Cruising? Maybe in the showers, but not in my experience. Everyone is on their phones now, but there's plenty of inspiration here whatever your type is. Come here to work out, you'll see porn stars occasionally and plenty of guys you'd like to meet!

There tends to be a few too many chubbier guys who park their asses in the steamroom here. Something tells me if they got on the treadmill for a few minutes before they cruised, they'd get a bit more action. Sure guys come in all shapes and it is hot to see the porn stars and bartenders who work out here, but come on guys, it's a gym first, not Blowbuddies! Work out first and then have some fun. And learn a little manners please!

This place is night of the living dead and that is a good thing. All of the grosses of the gross congregate here and get each other off. Trolls, stop ruining the hot cruising action at other gyms. Come here and get off with the other trolls: Seriously.

I workout here 3 times a week. The sauna and steam area are tired. The action is mostly guys playing with themselves, but rarely getting off. The hot gym members NEVER use this area. The men who sit back there for hours at a time are usually fat, unattactive, older, and out of shape. These guys don't use the gym; they just come to cruise. The expression, "Every steamroom has ONE ( a resident troll)," really applies here although this place has 10.

Men will be men. I am a recent member of this Gold's and sure there seems to be lots of action here, but men's bodies come in all shapes and sizes. If everyone just relaxed and had fun, it would make it all the better.

They call this place 'Glamour Gold's' because of the very nice facility. The showers are very cruisy, with stalls and curtains that allow for some very sexy bathing. The steamroom is compact and the temperature is very hot, which makes for only short stays unless you like the feeling of being boiled alive. They also have a dry sauna, which is not as hot and friend of mine regularly plays with guys in there. This Gold's has a lot of muscle boys and daddies that go to it.

This is one of the best sex sites in the city and in my opinion is much better than the Castro Gold's for action. First of all, the showers are designed to cruise because there are two rows of shower stalls with shower curtains. You can cruise one person privately without everyone seeing you. And, the booths have clear partitions allowing for some 'buddy action' if you have a good imagination. At Castro it's all in the open and not very pleasant or convenient to cruise unless you want ten guys at a time to see your woody -- a real turnoff for me. Secondly, there is a sauna in addition to the steamroom, allowing people to go back and forth from one to the other. If you don't like your neighbor, you can move to a new location. Very nice setup. Thirdly, the size of the sauna and steamroom make it ideal to have sex. Both are small enough that action gets started quickly and happens all the time. It's definitely worth checking out. The best times are late afternoon and weekends. Not as good in early evening as it gets very crowded and less happens. It's best when there are only two or three people in there at a time. More than that and the action is slower and not as fun. The mostly-gay staff basically leaves people alone. It's so civil. I give it five stars!

Lot's of variety and high volume. Men of all types frequent this gym as with Gold's Castro: daddies, bears, musclemen, porn stars, porn star lovers, bi, married men of all shapes and sizes. There is a lot to see and enjoy in the steamroom, sauna, including an occasional doubling up in the individual shower stalls. Some activities I have enjoyed here: three-way handjob, blowjobs, jacking off, receiving fellatio by two men at the same time, sucking off a ten-inch-plus porn star.

Action every single time I'm here, any time of day - stroking, sucking, groups, even fucking. All types of guys at this gym, from daddies to younger gym guys. There are definitely trolls here but if you can wait until they leave it is worth it. Just be discreet and make sure everyone wants in on the action.

I don't agree with the other comments. The action at this gym is pretty much constant day and night. It's much better than the Market Street location. The beautiful men who I've frequently played with here make it well worth waiting for. Of course, the usual overweight and older guys hang out, but be patient.

The sauna and steamroom are not really setup for action to occur on the premises, though on occasion people do seem to try. There are beautiful, cruisy men at this gym. If you are not in good shape, do not waste your time.

Many of the guys that go into the steamroom and sauna are looking for action. Eye contact and a stroke or two are all it takes to get it started. Just today I was in a fiveway stroke and suck fest! Be ready to cover up quickly though.

What cannot be said about this place: the nickname for this location is 'bathhouse'. There are quiet a few with memberships that don't use the weights on the gym floor. They prefer to get their workout in the showers/steamroom/or sauna. Even the staff play with members.
