This place has undergone a remodel of the arcade and is now called Romeo and Juliet's. Still the cleanest arcade in the Bay Area with the friendliest staff. Admission is still ten dollars.

The arcade is state of the art. You are issued a receipt with a six digit code. That code is used to enter the arcade but more importantly is used to view videos. You can choose which category of videos to watch, i.e., gay, straight, bi. Then you have several categories to choose from. You can stop and start videos at will. If you go into another both, enter the code and resume watching videos. Booths also accept cash and credit cards. You can fast forward and rewind videos.

There is also a theater which is very popular.
There is usually at least several guys there so it is possible to have lots of fun.

Romeo and Juliet's has the potential to become one of the hot spots for man to man action.

I am thinking of visiting this Sunday midday. It's a very friendly, clean and welcoming place, and often, anything goes. Especially in the larger booth at the arcade entry, or sometimes even in the aisles.

A very welcoming and relatively clean bookstore in one of the not dumpy areas of SF? This is it! Ten dollars gets you two vouchers for about eight minutes each, but they seriously don't care what you do with them or if you feed the machines. I love that because I go here to get fed myself!

A row of five booths with gloryholes, two more opposite with a hole, seats in every booth, lots of movies, plus a separate booth that can easily hold four or more right by the entry to the arcade, which locks. There is a buzzer for whenever anyone enters.

I have enjoyed all kinds of encounters here, but today (Thursday) I am going shortly after lunch hoping to get a mouthful of meat while someone works my head like a pumpkin. White shirt, green shorts, white sneakers, clean shaven and love to be used in public.

If you miss me today, write and let's set up another time!

People have different opinions. I would not agree that this place has hot action.

Anyone working the counter when I have stopped in has always been very cool. There is also no hassle from anyone once you pay your entrance fee and go into the arcade. There is a very clean and working bathroom that is well supplied.

However, the arcade is not very big. There are eight booths in total – five along one wall that all have gloryholes on both sides, an additional two booths together with gloryholes, and one large booth without any gloryholes. I'm 5'10" and weigh 155, so I don't consider myself to be large. The booths here are tight. They are fine if you are the only one in the booth, but space becomes a real issue if you want to share a booth with another. The exception being the one very large booth with the gloryhole.

The crowd here tends to be older, like 50 years old plus. I assume because of the entrance fee it filters out the crackheads which is positive. I don't think there have been more than three other guys besides myself when I have been in the arcade.

Once, one of the guys seemed to be friends with the guy working the counter. He hung out chatting to him at the counter and then immediately raced back to the arcade if anyone new entered. I think it's like any other ABS, it can be very hit or miss. It's only ten dollars to enter, and it could be fun. It just all depends on what you are looking for at the moment. Whenever I stop in I have my expectations set very low.

I'm telling you, guys, this is the place for hot action! There's no other adult arcade like Bay Street Secrets.

The super-nice man at the front doesn't blink an eye when you go right up and say "One for the arcade please." Ten dollars gets you two five dollar certificates. Go right back through the doorway at the rear of the store. Pick a booth to the left or the right. I recommend one of the booths in the middle. You'll enjoy gloryholes on both sides of your booth. This is still the best place to get your rocks off in The City. Ten dollars to enter the arcade, well maintained, clean bathroom, friendly staff, no hassles. Just be patient.

I stopped by the Secrets on Bay Street last week hoping to relive some old fun memories. The clerk was very nice and and I went to the back filled with anticipation.

There were a few guys all standing around, many blocking the doors to the booths with gloryholes. When I went in, guys on each neighboring booth went in and sat, looking through the holes. I watched two videos and they never put in coupons, showed any interest, they just sat staring through the hole.

Sadly, I left feeling a bit creeped out.

So happy to report store and arcade are open! The arcade is as busy as ever. Had lots of fun this visit.

However, the store is in danger of closing. They have signs posted saying they could close and asking people to feed the video machines.

It would be a shame to loose this place because people occupy the booths for hours and don't even use the five dollar coupon that comes with admission. Come on guys, don't ruin it for us!

Guys, I've visited this Bay Street Secrets a number of times over the last few years. Now that Nob Hill Theatre is closed – sad – this Secrets is the best, little-known gem in the Bay Area.

Many of the past reviews note the many benefits of this arcade. $5 coupon to enter, unbelievable, multiple rooms with gloryholes, patrons are left alone, owners and staff are super-nice. I've always found this place to be clean. I also appreciate the clean, functional bathroom.

It's true, many patrons are middle aged. But all of my encounters have been respectful and fun. This one time, a guy reached through the hole in my booth and fondled my cock and balls like a pro. The physical layout is great. Multiple booths with gloryholes. Only five dollar fee.

Crowd is mostly tired old trolls. A previous reviewer said the crowd is "sketchy." I agree with that 100%. There was a male/female couple there and I would describe their odd behavior as suspicious. They seemed to have destroyed what little cruising there was.

I got the feeling that this place going downhill very quickly. While I may have just picked a bad time, I guess that there is no good time here. My advice is to skip this place.

Friendly staff. Five dollar ticket good for all-day use, so you can stop and have a pizza next door and then come back. Crowd was sketchy, but at times it can be hot, usually after 6 pm. Gets tourists — it's a few blocks from the Wharf — which can be fun. It's also next door to a private swing club, so guys go into Secrets while waiting for the private club to open.

Decided to go back after my first review. Had a great time! I got sucked and I sucked four really nice hard dicks! I saw everything I talked about in the previous review.

One thing that I noticed was that one guy was rejected by everyone while one guy rejected everyone — not sure what he was waiting for. There were still a lot of picky guys.

The other thing — and this is why i wanted to update my review — the undesirables hogging the booths were really bad. They would occupy the both for long periods of time. I have been here several times. One was OK, one was meh, and one was boring.

Too bad because this is the perfect set up. Multiple booths with gloryholes. There is no interference at all from staff. The charge five dollars for the arcade but you get a coupon for five dollars to use in the arcade. Lunch time is typically busier than evenings. The older crowd especially dominates late afternoons and evenings.

This place is quirky. Lots of standing around and lots of looking at cell phones. Crowd is sadly older to feeble I think the word that sums things up is desperation. The senior citizens tend to reside in one of the booths. There is a buzzer that sounds when someone enters the arcade. When the buzzer sounds there is a mad dash of oldsters drooling like Pavlov's dogs to see who is coming in. It is truly pathetic to see the guys who can't get any struggling to peek into the booth to see the action.

When a guy under 40 comes in the older crowd pounces on them like a tiger killing his prey. The guys here are very picky. That's kind of funny considering the age and unattractiveness of the guys. One of the creepy things about this place is that the senior set can not accept it when some one is not interested in them. They think if they keep staring or groping their crouch you will change your mind.

OK, let me be a bit more positive. I have sucked a nice dick or two here and have also had some good blow jobs. Some of the older guys really do know how to give an awesome BJ.

After several stops here I feel I can write a review.

Let's get the negative out of the way.
  • There are some strange dudes here.
  • This is not the place if interested in eye candy.
  • If you are very picky you won't like this place.
  • Guys sometimes hog the booths.
  • Some guys are extremely picky.
  • The place can be very dead at times.
Now for the positive.
  • Friendly staff no hassle whatsoever.
  • $5 admission good for the entire day. You get a coupon for the arcade; be sure and ask for a receipt to avoid additional charges.
  • 1 very large booth. No gloryhole.
  • 7 standard booths and all have gloryholes.
  • Most guys there are horny and want sex.
  • Usually busy around lunchtime
  • Early evenings can also be busy; I have not been there on weekends.
  • I have never left without getting dick.
A few tips:
  • Be patient.
  • Don't be super picky.
  • Keep hopes and expectations reasonable.
  • If you really want to bust a nut or help a guy bust it is very possible.
  • Come with wood and have fun.

Probably the cleanest arcade in the Bay Area, at least the cleanest one with gloryholes. My office is near here, so it's convenient for an after-work quickie. They offer free condoms at the front counter, the restroom door locks, and the restroom always has paper and towels.

Crowd is hit or miss. Sometimes it's dead and sometimes it's hopping. Love going here and getting naked in a booth and jacking off for whomever is in the next booths, or sucking cock if I'm in the mood. I wish all the Secrets Arcades were this well run and maintained.

This place would be amazing if more guys went. Only $5 entrance fee, clean booths, restroom, and staff that doesn't hassle you to keep "feeding the meter". It's close to Pier 39, Fisherman's Wharf and Trader Joe's. I've had a lot of fun there over the years, and it's hit or miss, just wish it wasn't so dead most of the time.

I was there about a month ago around lunch time. The entrance fee to the arcade is $5 but they used to give you five $1 vouchers that you can feed into different booths one at a time. Now they give you a single $5 voucher, so you're basically stuck in the one booth until the money runs out which is a drag if you are surrounded by straight guys or trolls on both sides. Never very active, and I suspect increasingly less so in the future due to this new voucher policy.

This place is hit or miss. Full of regulars, mostly Latin and Asian and older guys with a few hot hung dudes that visit sometimes. I hear they are raising the price to $10 or $40 per week. You can come and go as much as you like. I like to cum and go and get it over with so this will probably mean I need to find a new spot that is cheaper and more reliably hot. Alright, so this particular managment/ownership team are hassle-free. You can hang out for hours for a mere $5. The restroom is open without having to ask for a key. It's pretty clean, though I do wonder if they actually wipe down the walls and the holes.

It is a fairly reliable place for straight trade; I do find that it's not what it used to be, but the competition has become rather a cutthroat business here and that has had a negative effect.

The aggressive, (and not cute), bearded guy somebody else mentioned -- yes, he does all that. He looks like a leprachaun, and he will do everything he can to screw you over, but he's not as smart as he thinks he is. There's another heavy, older montrous troll who looks like Jabba the Hut. He will hog booth space just to thwart you and he never leaves.

This place can be fun, but last week when I was there the same bearded guy was hanging out locking and unlocking doors. If you are in a booth and he wants you, he will unlock the door to try to come in. If you are in a booth and there is a gloryhole next to you, he will lock the other booth until you leave, and then he will unlock it again. He is very aggressive and kind of ruins the fun of the place.

On my recent trip to San Francisco I found out that my favorite arcade place had closed their doors for good, so I hesitantly decided to check out this place instead. It is a little bit far from downtown so taking Muni or the cable car is a great idea. I got there early in the day and was a bit disappointed when I found there was only one other guy in the arcade. Under new management that is very nice and indulgent about the action in the back room. No longer do they close for cleaning for two different hours during the day, and no longer do they make you go across the street to use the restroom. They are open longer hours - 10 am to midnight. The crowd is the same as it always was, however with a decidely better chance at getting a hot straight guy. I almost always end up satisfied, though it can be frustrating dealing with the regular lurking trolls who take up booth space even though obviously nobody wants them. If you are patient, it will most likely pay off.

The arcade costs $5 to get in and it was pretty tired when I went there. There are only a few booths that are awkwardly arranged and only a few of those have gloryholes. At least one of the video monitors would not take money, so no video in that one. I'd say unless you happen to be in that part of town (Fisherman's Wharf/North Beach), that it's best to go elsewhere for action.

It can really be hot at times. Sure, there are a lot of regulars. The dumbest thing is their fairly new policy of closing down from 5:30 to 6:30 pm for cleaning...rush hour. It's been slow lately, maybe since the Larry Craig incident, or the weather has been nice too, but overall, historically, I've had my hottest straight dudes here. This place is so not hot. I've been going on and off since 1994 when I used to work across at the North Point Center and it's always been beyond boring. There is a bit of action but good luck waiting. Even when there's possibility, there's attitude from a guy hoping something better will come along. And guess what? Hardly ever. I was recently there on a Friday night, around 8 or 9 pm, and it was slow though it appeared to be picking up as I was leaving. I would have stayed if I had had more energy left.
