The restroom in Concourse A is still active. To get there, take the escalator/elevator to Level 3. The entrance takes you through a corridor to the men's room, which has no door and is in two sections.

The first section has sinks on one wall and urinals on the opposite. The second section has two walls of toilet stalls. The active toilets are the last two on the left. They were both occupied when I got there so I took the third stall and immediately knew there was action going on.

Can't see how anyone at all manages to do anything here. Wish there was a gloryhole or something somewhere but nothing. The layout is wide open. No way you can do something between stalls and even though the seat dispenser cover comes off anyone walking past can see what's going on.
