Stopped in Saturday March 9th a little before 8 pm. The website says they are open until 9 pm. When I got there the lady was in the booth area. She came out and I told her I wanted to go into the booths she said the booths close at 8:15 pm so I thanked her and passed. As others have mentioned, customer service is not her strongest asset. YMMV.

I usually go here once or twice a week. Mostly at around 5-7 pm post work. It's clean booths and nice porn. 3 pm on a July weekday. The arcade is very simple, a straight line with about ten booths on either side. Well-lit, there is nowhere to stand around and there was nobody standing around when I got there. They have just installed a new video system so the lady at the front had to come with me to make sure that I got the right amount of time after loading my eight dollars, the minimum amount. She was excellent. I told her that I had never been there before, she pointed out that only one booth was currently occupied and I could choose any other, for example the one next to it. And it just so happens that there was a hole between those two.

Stopped by again after a few years. I live 100 miles away. For some reason the lady at the front desk still wants people to wear a mask even though I plan on going in the booth area and sucking dick and getting fucked. But that's OK. You need the mask to enter and I obliged. You need to pay at least eight dollars up front for a code to input in the booth. You can stop and change booths anytime. Been here a few times. The lady up front thinks very little of the people who frequent the booths. I don't like that there is only one hole on one side. Plus, I prefer a partition to an actual hole. For me, this place was a total waste of time and money. I was there a few weeks ago in the middle of the day. It was empty. I just read some of the older posts and it turns out what happened to me is typical.

When I tried to move from one booth to another, the clerk yelled at me, "They're all the same." It was obnoxious. If you can't change booths freely there's no point in going.
