This place is great and by far my favorite in Connecticut that I've been to. The staff that I've seen are very pleasant. They speak kindly, and no dirty looks or any of that. (I never understood that attitude: If you don't want people using your arcade then don't have one!) There are no longer any stupid tokens or monopoly monies or time limits. The cost is fifteen dollars for entry to arcade or twenty dollars for a day pass which allows re-entry throughout the day. There have been more than a few people there each time I've been, and when I've driven by. The past two visits I went between 12 and 2 pm, figuring there might be a larger group of younger people during lunch breaks. Indeed, the parking lot was almost full and there were quite a few younger people as well. I'm really not a big fan of holes as I find them uncomfortable and awkward at times. So I can't really speak to the holes here other than that I know there are a bunch of them. There are also a few slightly larger rooms with benches where two or maybe even three can go together to do business. I prefer these. They're clean and well stocked with towels and such. Generally I'll sit down and not even have time to start selecting a video before someone knocks on the door. There's a decent size "theater" room as well with three couches and a big screen with a selectable video.
