Spent a couple of days off and on hanging out at the second floor bathroom outside the Law Library reading room. No action here. Very busy too.

Since the Visitors' Center opened in the Jefferson Building action has shifted to the second floor men's room just outside the Law Library Reading Room, James Madison Building.

I've been cruising the toilets in the Jefferson and Adams buildings at the Library, but haven't seen any action at all.

I'm a regular at the Library of Congress. I study there mostly during the afternoons, evenings, and weekends. I get my shit sucked there all the time. One White dude that works there has a dick to die for. I tried to suck a few White men- but they suck me and leave. I'm still looking for the handsome White, Black, and Latin men to suck off.

Second floor toilet has two stalls. You'll have a lot of time to set yourself right before intrusion. The usuals are researchers. There's very little traffic.
