This place is awesome, the guys are cute and there is usually action around lunch time. After work is good too, around 7 pm. Almost always someone jacking or sucking dick in the sauna.

Nice wet area here including group showers with some chances for fun. Often some fun flares up in the sauna and steamroom punctuated by clueless guys who come along or a few trolls. Don't let the wedding rings on some guys discourage you.

Sunday afternoon seems to be the best time. Check out the action in the steamroom and see who follows you to the group shower. Blowjobs and handjobs are pretty easy to get if you know what to look for.

Most guys go naked in the locker room/shower area. You can't really do anything beyond meet in the sauna, but the steamroom and showers offer some privacy. The best cruising method is to go back and forth between the sauna and/or steamroom and the public shower. The clientele is varied, but top-notch.
