There's only one price ($12) and it covers 2 theatres and the maze. You can't just pay for the maze by itself. Last time I went, it seemed no one wanted to pay the full admission thus the theatre was empty. They need to either drop the price or separate the price of the theatre and maze as they previously did. By the way, the full parking lot is due to the bathhouse which is adjoining the bookstore.

Went on Black Friday around 11 am. It had been several years since my last visit, but it is the same old building, though with major changes in the layout and better lighting in the theatres. What used to be the gay theatre has been incorporated into the Rainbow Cabaret bathhouse next door and a gloryhole wall separates the two. The gay theatre is now a much smaller room. The maze and arcade are now one. Although I liked the new layout, the place was dead, just like my last visit several years ago.
