Hot action with hot guys. 2 pm is a good time and Sundays all day. After work it's way to busy, but there's some really hot action in the steamroom and showers big enough for two.

The reason the security guard is down there is because of people getting their lockers broken into. I know because it happened to me and I was told there was a rash of breakins. The cleaning staff are looking out for funny business, so you should always be careful.

A handful of trolls who spend their entire time in the locker room have ruined this place for the rest of us. Now, management has caught wind of the cruising activity. A security guard monitors the locker room at peak times and it is obvious that the maintenance staff has been instructed to watch for lewd activity. Be careful.

There are two out-of-shape Latinos in their early 40's who go there every evening and spend all of their time in the locker room walking between the sauna, steamroom, and showers, never actually using the gym. They scare the hotties away and kill all the action.

Go to the last shower in the row and leave the door open slightly. I've had guys open the door and walk in. The doors are frosted glass, so it is a bit risky.

There's definitely action here in the sauna, steamroom and showers. Lots of hot guys and always some in the sauna and steamroom. Definitely trolls there also. Maybe if they worked out once in a while.

I hook up about once a week here. It's usually later at night, like midnight. There's always action in the showers all the way at the end. Yum.

This place is a mix of straight muscle, frat boy, and just a few interested participants. I seldom see action, but one weekday night around 10 pm a hot guy joined me in the shower and then another hot guy rubbed himself in full view in the steamroom.

Very hot. I've had way more fun here than at the baths. Cute guys. Always cruisy around midnight and later. Showers are party size. Trick is to leave the shower door cracked slightly open so you can cruise.

This is the lastest addition to the X-Sport Fitness franchise. The showers are perfect for cruising. Whoever designed them must have been a cruiser, too. They are enclosed with three-sided tiled walls, with a frosted glass door. The trick is to stand directly in front of your trick, once inside his shower. From the outside, it looks like one blurred body taking a shower. Leave your door slightly openned so that guys coming in can look. I joined in April, 2004. The crowd is predominantly Ivy League white males, with very few black, Latino and Asian guys. I hooked up in the showers about a dozen times with twenty and thirty-something post grad jock types, two hot working class latinos that busboy in the area, and one very hot older daddy. Be careful with the. He knows what's going on, but has not said anything. He sometimes gives you frowned looks, though.
