It's not safe here as of yet. I cruise here still but I do not make the first move anymore. I was almost arrested myself with a few others that I meet here often at the point shelter as well.

I was stopped here and was questioned as to what I was doing. He took my license information and told me that the park is under surveillance from various spots. Later that day, a friend of mine said he was arrested and taken to Ottawa.

It's not a nice place to play anymore. Undercover police still cruise the park, too. Guys get caught and get their name in the newspaper. One poor guy got nabbed three times from what the newspaper said.
