Would be a good place to hook up, with a lot of places out of the way.

It's a nice state park with plenty of tree cover. There are secluded trails so you can avoid the outhouse routine. The police do make regular patrols through the park, but mountain biking and hiking are very popular here so the police ignore cars parked for extended periods. Enter off off Route 173. First rest area to the right is a little small, but nice trails, glens and meadows; bring a blanket. Another area: you must pass this one and then take the first road to the left. Travel approximately a half mile and a much bigger area is on the left side of the road. No fee to enter the park. They have a lake for fishing/sailing (Pierce Lake). They also have a campground available (for a fee). Happy hunting!
