Yeah, that was a jumpin place for tops and bottoms. They took the stall doors off and it killed the place. But now that bathroom is employee only. A new men's room is set up a few feet away. Have fun boys, University Mall's contract secuity company (IPC International Corp. ) has no authority inside a tenant space such as the JcPenny store. Occassioally they may do a "walk through", but they have no authoritative power what so ever!
