I went there yesterday. It's a really nice area. You just get on the levee and drive all the way toward the lake. It's really nice and private. There were quite a few people with boats fishing and all, but I think after the sun goes down may be the best time to go. I may head back over this evening and see if I luck out.

Drive on the levee (the levee nearest Norco, not the other one) towards Lake Pontchartrain. There's a boat launch.

Where the hell exactly is this place? I've driven through Norco a couple of times and passed a Shell gas station right on Airline highway, but didn't see the place. Did I miss it?

There is parking lot action during night hours. It's a very secluded area with a lot of area to play.
