This is a "park" that encompasses what's left of a military fort, however the park is in terrible shape and I would go so far to call it downright dangerous.

There is an open parking lot that faces the bay and fishing piers. But the woods and paths are full of garbage. The old magazine area is concrete, but not in good shape, with sheer drops of twenty feet. If you must, wait until the leaves are on the trees.

Went there last week and I have to say, it's different. It is a city park in what is now a very empty industrial area. This was at one time a fort that guarded the entrance to the Baltimore harbor system.

The concrete structures of the fort are there, but as far as livable buildings, nothing. Everything, save the parking lot and the dock and fishing pier, is overgrown. The fort structure is concrete, heavily covered in graffiti, and without any type of protective railings. There are gunnery pits, dark trails, and bridges, but there are also shear drops.

The day I was there, I found about fifteen older guys, most white, only one was remotely attractive. One cruiser came through. There are dirt trails, but again, there are shear drops and evidence of homeless encampments.

And yes, guys were fucking and sucking in the woods. Will I go again, yes. Would I use extreme care. Oh hell yes.

I don't know if this place has changed but the few times I've checked it out, it has been pretty weak. Mostly older trolls hanging out in their cars watching everyone come in and out of the park. It is a bit awkward cruising here because there are a lot of people trying to enjoy the park with their kids or dogs. There are also a lot of people fishing here.
