This gym has gone downhill considerably as far as fun goes. The hotties eventually move on to a better gym with a better looking membership. If "ugly-man-dick" is your thing, then the DAC is for you.

I've been a member for a year now and the problem with the DAC is not the cruising that goes on (and it goes on all the fuckin' time!) but the quality of the men doing the cruising! Have had lots of fun, even nailed a guy in the shower once, but the swarm of terribly overweight and/or unattractive trolls (of every possible stripe: black, white, Asian, Latino) that you have to wade through to get to the hotties can be annoying as hell!

If you like your men old, fat, and ugly then this is the place for you! Without a doubt the most unattractive gym clientele I have just about ever seen. Yes, there are some hotties (lots of fine black men) but overall it's Troll Hell.

Lots of gay guys, 30% of which are cute, 20% have possibilities, and 50% are just a no. There is something for everyone. The steamroom and showers are hot. The later you go the less hotties but the more privacy. It's a fine balance.

A nice gym with lots of gay members and some hotties (not many). The bad news is the DAC is a troll-magnet. I kid you not. What really kills me is that so many of these guys make no attempt to be discreet. They arrive, take their clothes off and head straight for the steamroom and that's where they stay...for hours! It's mind-boggling. You see these morbidly obese, terribly out-of-shape men, with their fifty-gallon beer guts cruising the locker room. It's like they are in their own little world. It's sad, so sad!

I've been fucked here many times and blown many guys. But if you so much as hint that you're cruising, if you even smile at the older or less in-shape guys, they'll hound you like flies to shit (don't they realize they're a turn off being fat and not working out, just cruising)? However if you're a voyeur, they'll gladly be lookouts while you get your thing going with another cute guy.

The DAC has lots of gay members but many of them are ugly as sin. There is a fair amount of eye-candy, and shenanigans going on in the showers and steamroom. I have been blown twice in the steamroom and twice in the showers. Best time to go in between 9 and 11 pm when it's pretty empty but wading past all the fat-old-farts can get tiresome after a while.

Stuff still happens here just not at peak times. The absolute worst time to get anything on here is between 4 and 9 pm. 9 to 11 pm it dies down and of course at the butt-crack of dawn (open till 6:30 am) it's pretty dead. Other than that it's hit-or-miss. Avoid lunch too, from 11 am to 1:30 pm or so. I've been fucked there numerous times. Had a four-way and I've sucked five guys off in the showers. But the reason people don't see it is because we are discreet.

I got a free monthly pass. It's a great gym with some really hot men, but I think the rep of the place was well known when they hired to do renovations. The steamrooms, which are dry and wet, are in the middle of the showers. They are glass-enclosed and you can see and be seen by everybody and anybody. I have heard that stuff still does go on, but you really need to be careful. Didn't see anything going on while I was there for the month. Great club and the locker room is huge, but not what it used to be, that's for damn sure.

Got a free thirty-day membership. I have heard so many stories about this place, but it's been renovated and both the wet and dry steamrooms are glass-enclosed. It's like being at a fucking zoo. Everybody can look in to see what's going on. Didn't see any action, but did hear that sometimes things do happen.
