I am at this bathroom many weekdays in the late afternoon and early evening. There is always hot, discreet action. I never leave without a nut (sometimes two). No ID check. Just walk in, go to the stairway to tge basement and the bathroom is there.

Very cruisy men's room with a gloryhole. It's located in the basement off the stairway to the right. Be cool as security is at the front door, but it's open to the public without ID check. Cruisy at lunchtime, evenings after 5 pm and weekend afternoons.
Hot horny college guys and grad students cruise here. I had a hot suck fest there yesterday! Come join the fun!
