I checked out this place once or twice a week throughout the Spring and Summer. I got action 90% of the time. I went at various times. The place is usually dead until after 4 pm.

They've remodeled the shit out of this place! The theatre is now split into
  • a lounge theatre — mostly good for watching guys jerk it, mutual handjobs, and the occasional blowjob from a desperate bottom
  • a couples theatre for straight couples only, though they occasionally invite a guy from the theatre in to watch or join its rumored
  • the main theatre, no action in the main theatre, it seems to be the place for people to determine who they want to pursue
  • and the gay theatre — a good place to get and give handjobs and blowjobs
  • and theatre peeps, which require additional cash besides your theatre ticket, and some of which have gloryholes — mostly good for giving and getting BJ's and HJ's, but occasional anal happens too.
The store is a cruising spot for people who don't want to pay for the theatre to pick their prey. The peeps still have a couple gloryholes, good as the theatre ones, and more busy.

With all these options, this place could be perfect, but unfortunately, it is a cesspool of extremely old men, gross perverted weirdos, and over-cautious bottoms only offering handjobs and refusing to top.

If the clientele matched the facility, this would be a hookup hotspot. Though it's almost a guarantee for action, it's likely not going to be the action you want, nor will it be with the type of people you want.

Hadn't been here in almost a year! Decided to check things out a few weeks ago and was I surprised. The place has been cleaned up and remodeled. Revamped the video arcade with the gloryholes. Added a couples booth to the Str8 theatre and as you pass through you find more video booths with gloryholes. then into a Gay theatre!

Decent place. Lots of action and it's affordable, but it has become quite a haven for bottoms so if you want to bottom yourself you have a lot of competition. Overall a definite 5 stars.
