Directions: Travel past the Shriner's Hospital and go about two blocks past the railroad trestle towards the Lake Street Bridge on the River Road. Where the boundary of Minneapolis/Saint Paul is marked by road signs stop and park. Walk down the metal steps into a middle area between the street and the river.
