I visited this spa yesterday for the first time. Access is $100 plus fees via the ResortPass app. The spa at Aria is busy, but this place is even busier! Lots of guys in swim trunks, so play was impossible.

The sauna is pleasantly dark, but there is no warning before someone enters. The shower area has potential for play. The steam room is large and the fog is thick, but the temperature is quite high. I think I will visit again on a Sunday when it is likely to be slower.

Doesn't get the traffic it used to but there's still some fun to be had in the steam room. I went for two days and one morning had very low traffic while the other had a bit more action.

I sucked five cocks, mostly married dudes, but you have to watch out for the guys that are not interested. Some dudes are too bold and start jerking in front of guys who have not displayed any interest. This will eventually lead to complaints.

They've made the steam room really really hot to the point of unbearable, and it takes a long time for it to click on between sessions.

Most of the action takes place in the steam room. The rest of the place is too open and too risky.

Don't fucking waste your time in this place. I got ripped off and it's a horrible environment. I paid $170 for nothing, nothing exciting to see, nor the facilities. Worth it? Not even a penny at all.

Just spent three days at the spa. The queen mentioned in the August 26, 2014 post was there for two of those days and was doing just that, propping open the outer steamroom door with towels and a doorstop and constantly following guys into the steamroom as if to sneak up on them! In fact, one day he was working the front desk but still checked in on the steamroom as if he was an attendant.

All the other attendants were great, very helpful, and never bothering anyone. All in all, still a great spa but would definitely be better without the sneak!

The queen running the spa now flits around running into the sauna and steamroom as if trying to surprise people. One of the steamroom doors was propped open with a door stop and towels. Mandalay won't be happy until no one goes there and they make no money anymore. There were two, maybe three people there during my recent visits. Very sad.

Go to Mandalay Spa instead of the Bathhouse. The Bathhouse is much smaller and has less traffic.

Note: You do need to be a hotel guest to get a day pass.

The steamroom here does get the most action of any of the Strip spas and I've visited most of them.

I didn't make it to the "Bathhouse" which is in the new "TheHotel". You can use either Mandalay or "TheHotel" spa but both cost $25 per day. The spa at Mandalay surely had some action in the sauna. Early mornings or late afternoons when conventions are starting or ending seem the best. You do get to the use the gym for your $25 which was well equipped and not busy.

Stayed here for three days in October. Hooked up three times. Lots of cruising and something for everyone. Be discrete! Some guys are just in the spa before or after a treatment, not all are cruising. Still the best steam room in Las Vegas. Many of the guys are married. Just returned home from a trip to Vegas. Mandalay Bay Spa was like hot guys on parade. The play there is tame as most respect that it's a public place, but there were plenty of guys looking to take the play up to their room.

I was there the last couple of days and the steamroom is still active. Lots of m2m action in the huge steamroom. I was there mid-afternoon and there were about 10 guys in there stroking. This is as close to a bathhouse as you'll get on the strip. To keep it this way, please be discreet until you know for sure the other guy wants to play. I'm sure straight guys use the spa also but it didn't look like it from all the action taking place.

This was my first time here and it was great. The over-sized steamroom is hot to say the least, with lots of guys stroking and looking for action. I was there 2 days at the beginning of the week and got lots of action. I was even involved in a 3-way for the first time and it was awesome. The spa is not as large as Qua at Caesar's but the atmosphere is much more cruisy and you will definitely find action here. One caveat is that you must be a hotel guest to use the spa.

I always have fun here. The best is the steamroom from about 11 am until 7:30 pm. I've stayed for hours. Just a great place to relax and get off with other guys.

They eliminated day passes because guys were coming and staying all day and all night. You now have to be staying at the hotel or purchase a spa treatment. This has eliminated the tons of locals that used this extremely nice spa as a bath. There is less traffic but at least you know it is all people who are staying at the hotel. First class facility, by the way.

Previous comments were pretty on the mark. I was just there this week and on two visits to the spa I got plenty of mouth action on my dick. Not sure what the posting is talking about as to the unwanted locals not able to hang at this spa. I travel often to Vegas and go to this spa. Though there is the occasional hot straight or married guy visiting and hanging in the spa, I seem to see the same older, tired local guys time and again. These locals are ruining it for the visitors. I would recommend another spa.

I was told today that day passes are only for hotel guests. If you book a treatment you can get in. But getting in is neither a bargain or good bet for action. Without the day passes and the men they brought in, the place is pretty quiet. The latches on the shower doors having also been removed, indicating a desire on their part to curtail the action.

As of January (according to the front desk attendant), day passes are only available to Mandalay Bay guests. You can still book a treatment as a non-hotel guest but I think at least on the weekend they'll still charge you the $35(?) day pass fee on top of the treatment cost.

I visited for the first time and I was amazed at how nice the facility was, and the quality of guys too. Using discretion, I had an amazing time. Note that on weekends you have to be a guest to use the facility but booking a massage ($70-$150) will get you in the door.

On my last visit there did seem to be a bit less activity than in the past, and the lights in the sauna now preclude that from being a play area, making it incrementally more difficult to fool around. As a non-MB guest, I was able to get in on a Friday for a massage but they did not waive the day pass fee like they used to. Seems to be a Friday to Sunday policy. If I wasn't getting a massage, I don't know if I would have been able to get in at all.

Dudes, if you like a clean, elegant, well-equipped gym/steam/sauna with lots of hard dick, then this is the place. I was anxious to go after reading all the positive testimonials here, but my experience was just ok. It's a beautiful place and it's a good layout. But there are too many staff members cleaning and wiping all the time. The steamroom is hot, but the showers could be in a more private location. The healthclub is great. You do not have to be a guest. You just pay a bit more. The steamroom and sauna are great. Some action goes on and some straight guys are very willing.
