Update: This bathroom opens at 7 am. No luck so far.

I normally stop by here in the mornings. That's the only time this restroom would work. Either that or late at night.

Just got back from a trip to downtown Vegas, and have had some luck here previously, but not this time. The Plaza Hotel has undergone major renovations, including this bathroom. I went in several times, but no fun was to be had.

Good place to find and give head. Try the last stall on the left. Late night action is good.

There's a peephole in the first stall that looks out onto the urinals. Some under-the-stall action but no warning (the front door is usually open).
