Oh, I wish the Pleasure Zone were closer to home. I'd be there all the time. (Hmm. Maybe I'm better off that it's nowhere near home.)

For the bargain price of five dollars you get a stack of tokens. You likely won't use them all. In fact, since the owners know this, signs are posted asking you to return unused tokens as this helps the business keep arcade entry super affordable.

Atmosphere here seems to encourage group participation. I was there earlier this week and it was amazing. Booths are different sizes, a few big enough to accommodate three or four activity partners.

Pleasure Zone attracts a diverse crowd. At least when I was there, minimal standing and posing.

Some folks don't like the lack of doors here but this is what encourages the group scenes. However, even without doors, the booth interiors feel fairly private and it's no problem to indicate to an unwanted entrant that he's not quite welcome.

This place has potential but my experience was just so-so. Admittedly, 10:15 on a Sunday morning may not be the ideal time to be here.

Pro: The place is clean. It seems that once you buy your five dollars' worth of tokens, the staff isn't going to bother you.

Cons: The clerk at the counter was beyond rude. Major attitude. (I'm talking about the non-binary one dressed for a funeral in Spain.) Also, no doors on the booths so don’t expect privacy.

I have come here for the last couple of years. My observations:
  • Just pay the $5 at the counter and you'll have no issues.
  • Keep the volume reasonable, then they won't yell to turn it down.
