This place has some great dicks but some "ok" ones too. Just be careful because the janitor come every one or two [hours?] to see what's up.

Seems like there's a missing noun there, but my best guess is you meant "hours." ~ Editor

This is a small, tight bathroom with about two stalls and two urinals. Hard to say when this is a good place to hit up; maybe Saturday afternoon?

This is a small restroom off a busy lobby. The door opens without warning and activites at the urinals are plainly visible. The library has a security staff as well.
