If you are young and like other young hot boys then this is the party for you. Only under 30 are allowed in but they get a huge crowd of hot horny guys and the space is awesome to play in.

This is probably the hottest sex party in New York City. Even if you're not into piss they get the hottest guys at this party. The space is awesome and the guys are all young (under thirty, average age is about twenty-three) and in-shape. It's definitely the hottest party I've ever been to.

i was at their re-launch party on the 14th and it was probably the hottest thing I've ever seen in my life. Lots of college aged kids drinking beer/hooking up and pissing on each other. Everyone was seriously hot and you can piss anywhere in this place! It was truly awesome.

This is a watersports party for young, in-shape guys under thirty. Even if you are not into piss, this is the hottest sex party in NYC. Only hot, college aged guys are allowed in by a very studly 'jock boy' door man.
