I live in this area and have been to this park many times. Success here seems very unlikely.

The park has been under renovation for more than a year but should be finished this spring.

I think the guy who submitted this was just telling us a dream he had. I live two blocks from this toilet and although it certainly did have its busy days, it is now constantly under police watch since the new court house and court office buildings have been built. I have never witnessed arrests or bashings but I definitely have witnessed policemen patrolling here day and night.

Summer nights are always good for me here. There's a large, gallery building in the middle of the park, with benches, trees, and paths on both sides. There are lots of nooks and crannies, stairwells, benches, bushes and gardens, and the place is always poorly lit. Years ago, cars would cruise Cadman Plaza East to pick up boys standing along the sidewalk, or park and walk the park. The place was a guaranteed action spot. Hot summer nights were always hot.
