Could be a really nice place if there was somewhat a balance between straight guys, gays, and swinging couples. Most of the patrons are gay men, 95% bottoms. I've been there twice. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The place is VERY clean. The booths are great with a couple with gloryholes. The theatre is my favorite part with multiple couches in the theatres and plenty of dark corners!

Here's the deal. The first time in the place you pay $12. $2 is for a key fob which lets you in to the booth side and the theatre side. This is yours to keep. $5 goes to pay for booth tokens and $5 goes to pay for entrance to the movie theatre side. You get unlimited access to either for the next 4 hours after the key fob is activated. You can stay or go and come back as long as you come back before your 4 hours are up. After 4 hours your key fob won't activate the doors to ether side to let you in and you would have to pay another $10. Which is what you pay any time you come after this as long as you have your key fob with you.

The place is real nice. The theatre side has two theatre areas. One strictly shows gay porn. The other shows straight or alternative porn such as lesbian, threesomes, trannies, etc. Both have couches and loveseats with rolls of paper towels sitting next to them. The booth side has 17 booths and an open area for viewing which has a loveseat to sit and watch. Three sets of booths have gloryholes in them large enough to suck and fuck if you hit it just right. Two of the three gloryholes they must have cut for 6'3" or taller guys because these holes are about 2-3 inhces higher than the normal guy's cock line, so you will probably be standing on tip-toe. It's open now. Parking in rear has not been completed yet. The booths have holes but they are too small to be useful at this point. I am sure they will be enlarged over time. The two theatres are somewhat open and lit but there are dark corners. The straight theatre actually has two 60-inch TVs in it. There are also private viewing rooms that are locked.

I drove by during lunch and midday on the 3rd and there were 12 - 15 cars in the parking areas. Looking forward to this weekend.

Stop by evening of 17 May. Lights were on but no cars in the front side or back and the back gate was closed. But on the up side it looks like it has privacy fence around the parking in the pack and there is a back entrance as well. But that was all from a casual observation.

Stopped by this afternoon and found out they will open within the next two weeks! It has been completely renovated and looks really good! They'll also have parking behind the building accessible by Joseph St. No smoking allowed in the building but there will be a covered smoking patio. I can't wait!
