Have not been seeing as much action as I once did, however, there are still lots of guys that visit this park. Walk to picnic shelter and go down the trail to the water. Very hot but be careful.

I went Tuesday around lunchtime. There was no action on both sides of the dam. I saw guys sit in their cars, but that's it. I even went down the hill past the restrooms.

I have had lots of luck here lately. Down the hill from the restrooms is where it's at. Only ccassionally do I see a park ranger and when I have seen them they never stop or get out of the car.

Although the action is sparse, I've always seen a couple of different guys cruising around when I stop by. Lunch is a good time, but be wise. Straights go there to park and eat.

Heads Up!
Recent articles in the local papers have highlighted this cruising area. Increased patrols by police and park authorities have been noticed, so the area is under surveillance. High Point will use undercover officers here. If you cruise, be very careful. Connect and go elsewhere.
