Older gentlemen go between 12 pm and 3 pm Monday through Friday. Great time, a lot of guys around sitting in cars or walking. Great time if you're looking for a cocksucker.

Late nights here are pretty good, I've seen a few guys hanging around the toilets in the back of the park. Only ever been cruising here twice, but both times hooked up with at least one decent looking guy. Best on Friday and Saturday nights it seems.
