I have been in this airport many times and used to meet a regular guy there when we could be on the same time schedules. It was hot meeting and then going to Concourse C bathrooms. The term 'observation deck' is misleading. Just go up the escalator from the air-side terminal info counter to the USAirways Club level. The restroom that is most active is to the right. Good viewing angles from reflections on the stainless steel partitions. Action depends on flight schedules, etc. I have been in there and hooked up within minutes. Other times on long layovers, nothing. But when it is good, it is very good.

This place is happening. I checked in early for a mid-morning flight just to check this place out.
