Newly renovated restrooms, which makes it harder to cruise. Good luck trying though.

There are two bathrooms for action near customer service in JC Penney. The main men's bathroom is risky to do anything because there is way too much straight traffic and kids. So be careful. Besides, the management has cut the top two feet off of two of the stalls so they could walk in and easily look into the stalls. I would recommend the other men's bathroom next to the elevator, which most people don't realize is there. It has very little traffic and affords great privacy. The stall doors are tall and two stalls is enough.

Stopped by there on a Sunday afternoon at about 3 pm and sat in the middle stall. Had two dicks offered to me from the stalls on both sides of me. Played with one and the other guy must have gotten spooked and left. Again, I went back a week later on a Friday at 2 pm and within five minutes another guy was motioning. Good busy place with a lot of action.

Yeah, I went to this place and there was nothing going on. It seemed like a waste of time. I wouldn't suggest going to this place; it didn't seem very active.

I was in Knoxville a month ago and, boy oh boy, was I impressed with the action at this restroom. I fucked three guys three different times. I fucked one in the stall and two at the urinals. The doors are short enough to see into the stall as you're walking by, or you can use the old 'foot tap' signal. Weekends seem to be dead there, but through the week, wow!

There are two sets of restrooms. One has three stalls and is pretty cruisy. Then the one down the hall next to the elevator has two stalls and is perfect if you want some privacy. I don't know why they have two so close to each other but have seen a lot of married guys in here.
