The place is always dead now. I guess word got around about the cops, however, it used to be hopping. One time last year, I went around 5 pm and there was a guy in the middle stall jacking off. Tennessee Highway Patrol is at this rest area quite a bit, undercover as well. I am in Morristown and I am on this road everyday. I have a friend who is with the THP and he was telling me about patrolling the area and anyone that was caught would be prosecuted. Anyone remember the parking area in Greene County, also on I-81?
