Membership is required for visiting the theater area, not expensive for one-year membership. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. Yes they make you buy a "membership" for $10 and then charge you $8 to get in each time with no in and out privileges but a membership will protect your from getting raided because it's a club. The set up is not that bad comparing it too others that should be closed by health department for sanitary reason. At least you can sit on the furniture an not have to burn your clothing when you get home. They make you buy a "membership" for $10 and then charge you $8 to get in each time. You have to print and sign your name on a sheet of paper, but they don't ask for ID, so I could have put down KingKong and they would not know any different. The building should be closed by the health department, and the neglect of those city/county officials would seem to confirm they don't care what happens here. It was full of older men and some younger looking men of various minorities that wait by the door and then chase anyone that comes in that looks under 30. Several men dressed in women's clothing and more than a few cliques of queens standing around talking loudly and alternately glued to their smart phone screens. The business states on their web site they welcome cross-dressers and couples get in free at certain times. These groups would seem to represent the "regulars" that have appeared to "take ownership" and exercise their "rights" aggressively. Several stood in small doorways and ignore you when you try to get by, then take offense when you ask them to kindly move out of the way.
