Found it!

Doubt it's worth updating but the welcome center is in Guildford 5 miles south of Brattleboro. I-91 Northbound Vermont Welcome Center

There's hit-or-miss action here. I hooked up with a guy in an RV today. I fucked him pretty hard and could tell he had a lot more to give.
