They put in new stalls and doors, and now there is too much traffic.

Located in the main arcade across from the high stall vegetable stands. Go through the far left entrance of the restaurant and directly up the stairs to the top floor toilet, which is very cruisy. If it's after the Market has closed, this restaurant/bar remains open on the middle floor. You can hookup in the bar and on quiet nights you can slip into the lady's room on the third floor with private stalls for lots of hot action! Employees are very tolerant as they usually are working alone on the level below and have no idea what's going on upstairs.
