I've seen this active as of June. I had class in this building and could hear activity in the last stall on the far right wall in the afternoons. Not too much foot traffic in this building in the afternoons too. Be careful as UC police are always on their guard for everything and anything.

This entire building is undergoing construction and that bathroom is closed. I don't think it will be the same once it is reopened!

Undercover cops have been partolling and busting guys. I would be very careful and probably avoid this location.

This was a while ago. I heard about it and checked it out. There was a hole between the last and third stall. A guy came in and was peeping through the hole. I tapped my foot and through the hole came a cock so big, it had to be soft to go through. So basically, he used the hole as a cock ring. The door is down between the two stalls with gloryholes and action is next to nothing. Occasionally, a guy will come in and stroke it, but there's virtually no warning.

Heads Up!
There is a sting by the UC police going on at the bathroom on the fifth floor of Teacher's College. I was there on Thursday night using the computer lab (not the bathroom) and the campus watch was talking about how they had busted someone. I guess I should have gotten the clue but I went there on Friday night. There were only two of us and we were fooling around using the gloryholes, of course, but someone came in (saw his shoes) looked around then knocked on the stall doors and said that we had better get going. As each of us left, we were stopped by a UC officer in uniform and a UC officer in plain clothes. I got a warning and I am a full-time, registered UC student! I am not sure what the other guy got. While I was getting frisked, I got what I guess was the usual spiel, 'you know why we're stopping you', blah blah blah. But the plain clothes officer said that is why he is in plain clothes, so that he can go in without disturbing what is going on. Also they took down my name, description, etc. and said they were keeping it on file. Next time I get caught there, it is automatically to jail, student ID regardless.
